Too salty ?

Your food too salty? yes, sometimes in cooking, balanced dose is crucial in dishes flavor. But if too much of it poured, well, i'll guarantee your food taste badly.


As in the provision of salt in cooking, if too much salt in your soup or even your donuts, will make the taste awful and tongue will be refused for the next bite.



If, when you try to cook something, then the cooking began given too much salt, the most simple tips you can do is to give this dish a little sugar and add  water stock or broth. So it will  helped a food will become less salty. Because it should be noted during cooking, do not too much flavor. Less seasoning is better than more, because anything less can still be added, while excess food ingredients can no longer be reduced.

cooking noodles


First thing, we must remember that noodles was made from wheat flour or others. And wheat flour hates water,why?, because it can be sticky like glue.
A noodle is food made from unleavened dough that is cooked in a boiling liquid. Depending upon the type, noodles may be dried well ,fresh or refrigerated before cooking.
Another version for noodles, you can try pasta type such as , examples include spaghetti (thin rods), maccheroni (tubes or cylinders), fusilli (swirls), and lasagne (sheets). Two other noodles, gnocchi and spƤtzle, are sometimes considered pasta. They are both traditional in parts of Italy.
If we want to cooking noodles, then we  want the water does not spill out, just add a tablespoon of butter or oil into the cooking water.
 


 To avoid the noodles to prevent sticking and become too soft, while boiling noodles, Put a little salt and vegetable oil 1 tablespoon.
Tips select a good wet and fresh noodles quality, easily recognizable by their smell. Good noodles usually not too oily and smell of flour and eggs, there is no smell of preservative or other stinging smell. If not cooked yet, please store in the refrigerator, because the noodles are not  long lasting.
